Christmas craft!

Of course I helped, but honestly Lilith did  90% of the work on this project!
We started with blank wooden wreath shapes.
I taped off the 'bow section' with a little Scotch tape,
& let her go to town with some light green paints.
^^ She really liked filling the middle w/ paint^^
Mommy removed the scotch tape & cleaned up the edges a little.
^^We then we let it dry completely for about an hour^^
^^Next: I gave her darker shades of green & a texture sponge^^
^^& Let her go to town- (also covered the bow w/ tape again)^^
After this was good & dry we moved on to the bow!
Next I cut slots in a piece of construction paper.
 BRING ON THE RED PAINT!

& now for the Finished product...
TA-DA!

We spent all day crafting, this was just one of the projects we did this day. Since it involved a lot of drying time & layers of paint- we just kept going back to it in between other projects! We also made a construction paper x-mas tree for the fridge, that Lil decorated TOTALLY on her own! There was no interference or influence involved in the sticker placement!

She even put an ordainment on the star, that SHE placed on the top of the tree!
Happy Holidays to all!!
xoxo
