Acrylic adventure!

I constructed a giant "canvas" by taping six

 giant pieces of her doodle-pad to the kitchen floor. 

This was her 1st time working with PAINT, 

so we made it a family project:

She did REALLY well keeping the paint ON the paper, as we had ZERO accidents! 

It was a lot of fun, & you can bet we will be doing this again & again!

 I didn't have a chance to edit them so some are a little dark. They are all straight off my memory card, but I wanted to share real quick. It was a nice to get dressed up for an outing with my little family, we clean up pretty nice!!

Life is a beach.

So it wasn't the BEST conditions the day we made it to the beach. Sure, the sun was beating down, and it was hot hot hot! Alas the WIND made our beach stay on the short side.  No matter, we still had fun. Lilith L-O-V-E-D the sand. I mean she was digging in it, throwing it, laughing her butt off. It was awesome. When I was her age my mom & dad could leave me on the beach blanket with no fear of me leaving. I was terrified of the sand ( or maybe how it felt on my feet). We got a sweet "beach tent" thingy at Target but it was more like a kite that day & didn't get much use!  I really need to start using the remote control I got for my [AMAZING] camera, so mommy can be in the pictures too!  Until then here are my loves <3

 Daddy is making a funny face & baby girl is eating a mum mum, but god damn I love that beach. 

Easily the most beautiful/clean beach in Rhode Island, hands down!

 Try & tell me that beach isn't beautiful. I dare ya!

 So calm and full of life, so proud to say I grew up here.
