Acrylic adventure!

I constructed a giant "canvas" by taping six
giant pieces of her doodle-pad to the kitchen floor.
This was her 1st time working with PAINT,
so we made it a family project:

She did REALLY well keeping the paint ON the paper, as we had ZERO accidents!
It was a lot of fun, & you can bet we will be doing this again & again!

Aquarium fun!!!

Grandma took us to the Aquarium last week! It was over a year since we had gone. This time Lil was MUCH more into the exhibits. We had SO much fun, & stayed til it closed! We practiced sea life signs the night before we went, so I could show her what they were as we signed them. We learned: Fish, shark, whale, dolphin, jellyfish, penguin, turtle, & crab!!  I had more than one camera on me (as usual)  & grandma took over a point & shoot for a while! So we got lots of photos, from lots of points of view! She even took mommy's big girl camera for a whirl!!

& two very awesome videos!!
